Through our ongoing partnership with Habitat for Humanity, we support the vital work of providing safe, affordable, and sustainable housing to families in need around the world.

One of our proudest initiatives has been our involvement in building incremental homes in Sri Lanka. These homes are thoughtfully designed and constructed to allow families to improve and expand their living spaces over time, fostering long-term stability and empowerment within vulnerable communities. This project reflects our belief that everyone deserves a safe place to call home, and that even small, carefully planned interventions can create lasting change.

In 2021, we were proud to sponsor the Surrey Hills Enterprises Artisan Trail, an initiative designed to highlight and promote local artisans, makers, and small businesses across the Surrey Hills area. The trail focused on showcasing high-quality, sustainable craftsmanship and encouraging public engagement with local enterprises.

Advocacy
Young Designers Spring Challenge
​
In 2022, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we launched a design challenge aimed at inspiring and supporting aspiring designers under the age of 18. The initiative was shared with local schools and attracted over 50 entries from students of various ages. The standard of submissions was exceptional, and selected participants were awarded prizes and offered work experience opportunities with our team.

Internships & Early Careers

We also offer structured summer internships for students and recent graduates, providing hands-on experience and meaningful exposure to real projects. Through this programme, we aim to support and inspire the next generation of building surveyors and designers.
